What kind of books do you sell? We sell books in paperback and in various ebook (digital) formats.
What ebook formats do you produce? Our ebooks are generally in PDF, Microsoft Reader, Mobipocket/Kindle, PDA, HTML, Microsoft Word, and also as a text file.
Can I buy more than one ebook format? There’s no need! If you purchase ‘digital format’ you get to download any, or all, digital formats you need from the download page.
How do I get the ebooks downloaded? Once purchase has been fully completed, you’ll be redirected to the download page for your book. Download the formats you want at this point, because you cannot return to the page later. If you have any download problems, please email sales(at)ll-publications.com with your purchase number and we will email the files to you.
If I buy the paperback version, do I get digital formats too? Unfortunately, no. Not all our books are available in digital and print formats, so we cannot offer a ‘single purchase’ option.
How long does it take for delivery of a paperback order? Orders are processed the day after we receive them, to allow for global time differences. We use USPS in the USA and Royal Mail for UK/EU/Worldwide orders. In the USA and UK you should receive your book(s) within 7 days. Orders of multiple items may be sent out separately according to stock levels. If you have not received your order after 7 days, please email sales(at)ll-publications.com immediately.
How long does it take for delivery of merchandise? We will ship orders within a day if we have it in stock, and you should receive your merchandise within 7 days. If it is an item we need to have reprinted it may take up to 21 days to fulfil your order. We will always notify you of how long your order will take. If you do not receive your order within the time notified, please email sales(at)ll-publications.com immediately.
I can’t seem to download the digital files. Should this happen, firstly check your browser and firewall settings (if you have a firewall running) to see if this is preventing you from downloading. If you still cannot download, please email sales(at)ll-publications.com, stating your purchase number and what you ordered, and we will email the files to you.
What’s your returns/refund policy? If you receive your order and you are unhappy with it, or it’s damaged in any way, we will refund or replace it. Please contact sales(at)ll-publications, stating your purchase number and reason for returning and we will send you a returns number and address to return your order to. Refunds are only made to the credit card/debit card you used to make the purchase. We cannot refund in any other way. If you made a postal order then a refund will be issued by cheque. Refunds for damaged books will only be made if notification of the damage is not made within three days of receipt.
We do NOT refund books that have been read!
If your download file is unreadable, please send this file to us so that we can ascertain the problem and solve it for you. If we cannot solve it, we will refund your payment.
